Pre-Listing Inspection

Infrared Thermal Imaging
This technology helps detect defects that can't be seen with the naked eye such as moisture problems, water leaks, HVAC air leaks, and missing insulation.
911 Home Warranty Inspection
The 9 to11-month warranty inspection is an inspection just before the builder’s warranty expires. This inspection is critical to finding defects in the home that might have happened during the home ownership process or were not found before.
About Us
Sean’s background in construction started in 1984. Since then, he has worked in both new construction and the remodeling industry. He started as an HVAC installer and then worked his way up to Owner of a Construction Remodeling Business. This knowledge, experience, and care for people made it enjoyable to continue serving others and step into the Home Inspection Business.

As your Inspector I am professionally certified through Inspection Certification Associates (ICA), Certification # 31641, which is a partner school of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI).
